Jessica has been lifting as a member of the Saskatchewan Powerlifting Association since 2014, and has represented Canada at World Championships six times.

As a junior lifter, she broke the 72kg squat World Record twice, the 72kg deadlift World Record 4 times, and the 72kg total World Record twice.  She also was the 72kg IPF Classic Junior World Champion in 2016. 

She is a multi time CPU National Champion, and currently holds multiple Open National Records in 2 weight classes: squat (218kg at 76kg and 209kg at 84kg), deadlift (261.5kg at 76kg and 250kg at 84kg), and the total (585kg at 76kg and 559kg at 84kg).  

As an open lifter, she has broken the 76kg squat World Record 3 times, the 76kg deadlift World Record 3 times, and 76kg total World Record twice.  At this time, she currently holds the 76kg deadlift World Record with her deadlift from the 2022 World Championships of 261.5kg.  

She currently has the 2nd highest female classic Goodlift Points of all time within Canada, and the 17th best female classic Goodlift Points of all time Worldwide.  

Finally, and likely most notably, Jessica is a 2 time IPF Classic Open World Champion, winning worlds in the 76kg division in 2021 and 2022.
